To ensure the best quality and personalization, please upload your image before checkout. Look for the "Upload Image" button on the product page, select your file, and proceed with your order. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact us.

2. How do I add my pet’s name?

When placing your order, please insert your pet’s name in the "Custom Message" section. Ensure correct spelling, as we will personalize the product exactly as entered.

3. What if I have more than one cat?

For orders including multiple cat names, please specify the order of names using this format: 1: First cat name (leftmost) 2: Second cat name (middle) 3: Third cat name (rightmost). This ensures the names are placed in the correct order from left to right on the final product.

5. Can I change my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

6. Do you offer refunds or returns?

Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time varies since this is a customized product, but orders typically ship within 7-14 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!
